Lenovo has published a new Android application called "Lenovo Googlebook Diagnostics" on the Google Play Store for Googlebook devices. While Lenovo previously released the Lenovo Vantage app on the Play Store for managing and customizing peripherals, this new utility is a dedicated tool for diagnosing the hardware status of the device itself.
A Diagnostic Tool to Check Hardware Health and Features
According to the app listing, Lenovo Googlebook Diagnostics is a hardware diagnostic tool designed by Lenovo to help Googlebook users check device health and functionality.
Using the app, users can run diagnostic tests on supported hardware components to view detailed system information, battery health, and other available features.
The diagnostic results help identify potential hardware or configuration issues and verify whether supported components are functioning as expected. Additionally, users can access diagnostic results for troubleshooting and support purposes.
Available Diagnostic Tests and Features
Available tests and system details may vary depending on the device model, Android version, hardware capabilities, and granted app permissions.
According to the Play Store "What's New" section, the following diagnostic features have been added:

Growing Ecosystem of Apps for Googlebook
In preparation for the launch of Googlebook, official Google apps such as Magic Pointer, Look up, Desktop Camera, and Device Intelligence have been rolled out on the Google Play Store.
Now, third-party manufacturer Lenovo has released its own device diagnostic app following Lenovo Vantage, indicating that hardware partners are actively building out support systems for the Googlebook ecosystem.
Lenovo is expected to launch two models as part of its first wave of Googlebook devices: the Lenovo Googlebook i (15”,12) and the Lenovo Googlebook Duet m (13”, 11).
